Heavens best is just that....THE BEST!!! Hands down and no questions about it. We began using Heavens Best almost 10 years ago after using several unsatisfactory North Coast cleaning services for our beach side condo. Ours is a part-time rental unit and sees much wear and tear. Dale, Don and Jo Ann do a perfect job each time which averages about two-times per year. My wife and I would be ecstatic over their great service but there's even more....a very important "more"...and that is their personal customer service. Heavens best treats us in the most gracious, respectful and professional manner possible....a rare find in this day and age! These are such easy folks to work with - there's never any hassle with this company! They treat their customers as if they were long time close friends and that is indeed how we feel....they make us feel that way. We wouldn't think of going anywhere else for our carpet-tile-grouting and furniture cleaning needs. Jo Ann, Dale & Don Loveland have a promise written on their great website: "Our Promise: Heaven's Best isn't just our company's name, it's how we strive to treat you". Well they are not kidding folks...their promise is real!
